About Lauralee Snow

Licensed as a Realtor since March 2024, it seems I was destined to find my home in real estate.

My 1st calling was psychology. After spending six years in mental health care and life coaching, I developed strong emotional intelligence and hands-on skills in conflict resolution and de-escalation. Those skills translated very well when I moved to Metro Detroit (to be closer to the love of my life) and took a management position with a Detroit-based Building Services company. There I gained a practical, detail-oriented eye for property condition and maintenance that many agents simply don't have.

After buying our 1st home and welcoming our two sons (all during the pandemic, mind you), real estate was the perfect way to combine my caregiving nature with my drive to help others navigate their major life transitions. It has become deeply intertwined with our family. My husband, who is an Associate Broker, and I built a property management business together- growing it to over 60 doors in just 10 months. I also started and co-owned a property renovation business from 2024 to 2025. When we realized these ventures were pulling focus and time away from our real estate businesses, we made the strategic decision to sell- a choice that speaks to how intentional we are about where we invest our energy.

Outside of work, I'm an artist at heart. You'll often find me on nature walks, near any large body of water - I'm a Great Lakes girl through and through - probably rock hunting. I’ve always been drawn to the small wonders around me.
